Visual texture

On Wednesday we'll be looking at visual texture and how it affects the way we "model form" as we have done up to now.

Van Gogh's shoes are a classic example of this, I hope you have the chance to find some others too! Please bring in some kind of footwear that will serve us as a model and if you want to paint on a mid tone ground have a go sealing a piece of cardboard with PVA sealant.
