More lemons

Don't worry, we're not painting more lemons next week! But for those who have yet to have this class we're going to concentrate on blocking in forms, keeping our values to a minimum and grounding our lemons on the table.

The palette was warm yellows towards brown (lemon yellow, yellow ochre, burnt sienna, crimson mix) with a bit of ultramarine blue for the lemons.

For next week, I'm planning some kind of subject matter that will continue to reinforce the relationship of figure and background, but not sure what yet!
