Service Description

For the Wednesday improver courses you should have some knowledge of handling paint and will be familiar with your art materials of choice. My demonstrations will be using acrylics although you can work in your own choice of medium. In this first autumn block we will focus on how to control the mood of our painting by palette choices and a greater awareness of composition. We will look at resource images and see how their manipulation becomes part of the process of creating a painting. You will do specific exercises to refine your control of distance, modelling of form, painted edges as well as source material to develop your own painted landscape.
