Members of the group were saying that the course starting in May had already filled up. I've now been told that this is not the case, so if you are interested in joining me for the painting course on Thursdays please have another go booking or otherwise ring COAS directly on 029 2020 58980.

Hi Sebastian, can you recommend a good pallet for oil paints? I have been using disposable pallets but would like something more re-useable. Thank you.

Hi Jack

If you are painting from home I would suggest a piece of thickish glass (I use an old picture frame) and glass scraper to clean it (they're very cheap).

For our classes I guess throw away paper palettes are the best. I did use greaseproof paper attached to a piece of cardboard for a while. The palette with a lid that I use for acrylics, which I bought through Jackson's, could be an option.
